I have a small gig to play with Neil in a month and decided to do half of it on my baroque violin so it's nice to have to get used to something new, makes me feel like working out the program, getting used to the tunes etc. Bach is great for just the reasons you say! I have no idea what that is 💩, but that my voice is not the one the world needs to hear right now has been also weighing on my mind as I have started to write and perform again this year. I guess we just continue to use it to shed a little bit of light on things that others can’t see and elevate the voices that do need to be heard.
