Hello Croissants,
I hope that you’re so stuffed with Thanksgiving food that the word “Croissant” makes you feel ill (or at least, doesn’t appeal). I know that the origin story of Thanksgiving is F*cked, but I still appreciate the idea of a holiday for thankfulness. I tried to get everyone to say their “gratitudes” at dinner, and my mom said “Ooo, do we have to?” haha. How the tides have turned! Anyway, here are a few of mine, SORRY MOM.

A 4/6 DESSERT TO HUMAN RATIO AT DINNER
(Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce, Apple Pie, Pavlova, Pecan Pie) and of course the beautiful people who joined us and cooked these specialties
MY FIRST TIME TRACKING GOAT’S TOES ON A RECORD (and the perfect ‘horse sound’ achieved)
(I really need to spend more time styling my hair before heading to the studio)
