So what are you guys up to today… driving from Pittsburgh to Philly? You would not believe how many people say that… Good reviews? Yea, that’s me…I roast my own coffee…you found a GEM as they say…Oh... I’m fine, just drinking champagne all day… no, I’m kidding that was just a question to find out what kind of people you are…well some people are like, shocked,…and some people are like, sweet can I join you?..Yeah, it's not too bad…I run this business and I raft guide… that’s my company right there…This place?...It’s not really a town more like an exit towards a bunch of things, ski resorts, the Frank Lloyd Wright houses, one of the most exclusive country clubs…Yeah it’s right over there, have you ever heard of The Rolling Rock Club? It’s like a No Jews, No blacks, vibe…Tucker Carlson has a house there…Some of the wealthiest people in the world…this is their playground…Yeah I haven’t been invited either… they have a bunker there too… like an escape bunker for when shit goes down…I’m not kidding…yea a private airstrip… Me? I grew up around here, I’m a geologist… I retired…I hate work… yeah I used to drill oil, now I make coffee.. … this? Oh this isn’t so bad though, I have lots of time to work out and stay in great shape…Gym/ Tan /Laundry? basically… I just hang out and talk to girls…I sell coffee and crystals…do you see this place?… The crystals! The husbands around here fear me…Well if you ever need a stop again we are a Colorado-style coffee shop…so we sell burritos, and we never close…open three hundred and sixty-five days a year….
“Never Tire of the Road” :) I grew up outside of Pittsburgh. I left many years ago but the people don’t change. Going back to visit a few days after your show here in CO. Off to Everbean for a burrito and coffee.
