Man Stands for Manners
Man at the airport:
*Looks at instruments* Headed to Nashville? I hope you make a lot of money. *Pats me on the back*
Man sitting in the back row of a very quiet listening venue, after first song of my solo set:
Can we do audience participation ?
Man at the merch table in Kentucky:
*Picks up vinyl record* Now did you record this in Nashville? Was it made at a high quality recording studio?
Dutch Man at a show in London:
Hi Rachel. That was a much more entertaining show than last time.
Man on the internet (to my husband):
I’ll take Venmo but I prefer ApplePay so I can skim $50 off the price without my wife noticing
Seems the joy of being an artist just never quits.

In Dutch, that translates as: “Good Show!”
