Seems the joy of being an artist just never quits.
Haven’t you found in your travels that the Dutch are plain spoken, and blunt? You don’t hold back the sea by being whimsical.
So, it’s not rudeness, it’s a cultural difference.
In Dutch, that translates as: “Good Show!”
