The Weekly Croissant: A Year in Pastry!
My Top Croissants and Croissant-Adjacent Baked Goods of 2023
Dear friends,
As we say goodbye to 2023 I wanted to take a moment to review some of the delicious croissants and baked goods that I was lucky enough to enjoy this year.
Each of these delicious photos brings with it memories of its place and time, and the people or person with whom it was shared. Not all of these baked goods are croissants but they are all croissant-adjacent either in their creative intention or the dining experience that surrounded them, and we like to be INCLUSIVE here at The Weekly Croissant so don’t @ me!
